BNI Syariah Branch Kendari Donated 7 ‘Qurban’ on Eid Al-Adha 1440 H

Kendari, Sorotsultra.com The Feast of Eid Al-Adha 1440 H 2019, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Branch Kendari, donated 7 qurbans consist of 6 cows and 1 goat, collaborating with Hasanah Titik Foundation (THT). Monday, 12/8/2019.

The Slaughter and parceled of Animals took place in the Islamic Ummusshabri (PESRI) Kendari. The parcels up and slaughter had given directly by the Head of Branch (Kacab) Bank BNI Syariah Branch Kendari and witnessed by employees, teachers, and students of Islamic Ummushabri Kendari.

Andi Muhammad Hatta, Head of BNI Syariah Branch Kendari said, “Alhamdulillah the program ‘Kurbanku Hasanahku’ goes very well, which was supported by employees and customers of BNI Syariah branch Kendari, as momentum in providing empathy to those who needed it,” he said.

He explained, two things become their goal, the first one is related to the concern of the environment, (green activity), to preserve the environment, in the slaughter by using Besek Bamboo.

And the second one was a partnership with the school or educational institutions, to provide knowledge to students about the history of Eid Qurban, through a media storytelling and live-experience in watching the Slaughter of Qurban animals at school, at the same time Syariah financial literacy.

The Hasanah Kurban in the state border was also conducted by BNI Syariah with Hasanah Titik Foundation and Lembaga Amil Zakat by donating each of the cows in 9 points of Indonesia’s outer region. The nine points are Dusun Penyalahadi Hulu, Kalbar, Pulau Semau, NTT, Kudu village, North Maluku, South Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, Singkawang, Kalbar, Air Mas Island Batam, Ubung Village, Buru Island, Beha Village, Sulut, and Aceh Jaya NAD.

Previously, the nine regions were the location of the implementation of the Community Empowerment program ever conducted by BNI Syariah one year ago, titled Hasanah Fortress in the state boundary. (Sunaimi/RED)
